Hello!!!!!!!! I'm here ;) I'll now proceed to reading your other posts and perhaps I'll feel inclined to leave a comment! Hey, I like the camel photo beneath this post. I think it's my ex. He looks good as ever.
Hi.I have been following your blog since its inception.I just wish you posted regularly and put the alain taxi on fourth gear.I have been out away from alain for few years but now i m back.
Hello there... Indeed I am a lurker, but quite a fan of your site. My wife actually found it and sent me the link - mainly because of Tiggy the Wonder Hedgehog. We have a hedgie and are unashamedly obsessed with the critters. I run a blog / news / photo site on Dubai (theviewfromDubai.com) so stop by sometime - unfortunatey I don't have the 'comments' functionality, but poke around and enjoy... And make sure you check out the posting on Feb 2nd... Keep on drivin'...
Mwaaah! (That was to the camel down there). I have lurked, I've left comments occasionally (under different names sometimes...whatever happened to be current at the time...etc).
Yes, I do keep coming back to this one and another Al Ain blog, mainly 'coz I've made Al Ain my home for a year now (after 17 years in Dubai). Thanks to you and the other blog for all the writings and pics of Al Ain, without doubt my most favourite place to live right now.
As the famous clown wants us to say: I'm lovin' it!
Have "watched" your work from afar in preparation for moving to Al Ain. Been a great resource for little tidbits of local info and flavour, especially for researching things for my family (library, local events, etc.) Cheers!
I grew up in Al Ain, and after 17 years moved to Toronto for 5 yrs to do my bachelors and finally moved back here in Nov 2006.
I'm doing a whole buncha stuff now and most importantly looking to make friends in Al Ain!
Did you get my email about the book club idea?
i read you but I have a love hate relationship with you. I love that you are cheap and readily available most of the time. I hate that when I need you most and I am hot and bothered you never seem to appear. Why do you force me to stand on the road looking like a two dollar trollop when I need you, yet when I don't you honk at me excitedly in ready anticipation?
Anonymous - Remember, you're in the UAE... Wouldn't that be a 7 dirham trollop? *grin*
Your site is really cool!
i love it :-)

I read your blog now and then, say once in a week or two.
Do not really comment because I do not have anything worthwhile to add :P

Hi. I think I know who you are. Shame you're married.
I lived in Al-Ain for 7 years before moving to Sharjah. I wasn't aware of that big UAE blogging sphere. I should spend more time digging for more UAE blogging content. I will be reading your posts from now on.
