I haven't seen it around town this week, so I went online to take a peek at the latest issue and the website's down.

I was wondering this too, but then I found it being distributed at Abela last night, so maybe it is back now. The website still seems to be down though.
Did you check the date though? I saw a load the other day and they were 2 weeks old.
The new edition, dated 12/16-12/30, is available at BooksPlus in Jimi Mall. 2 dirhams is the listed price just below the masthead, but the cashier didn't charge me.
My main objection to this issue: two articles about new locations in Al Ain worth visiting (a cafe and a "House of Art") but no directions on how to get there! It so happens that I know where the new cafe is (across from Al-Twam Hospital on the side road to Abela), but come on...
The House of Arts is a fantastic place and I'm going to give it a massive plug right now:

Its a music and arts school plus a coffee shop and music shop. Its in the new green villas on the other side of the wadi from the muncipality.
Al Ain Times comes out every two weeks and is available and still running. If you have any suggestions please email me at 200540008@uaeu.ac.ae. Any comments will be well received even if they are nasty.
I really need to know where the House of Arts is. can anyone give me directions on how to get there?
Directions to house of arts
Get on the road opposit Jimi Hospital towards Abu Dhabi. Take the first right and another right again. drive along and you will come to a bend. Go straight to the next bend drive further and i think it is the 3rd or 4th house
